Our standard procedure explained in three stages.

Define Scope, Gather Inspiration & Confirm
After completing the appropriate design questionnaire, we will schedule a complimentary one-hour, face-to-face consultation to discuss the design intent and outcomes. During this, we anticipate having a well-defined understanding of the desired design intent along with associated outcomes and potential solutions.
By the end, we should have clearly outlined the project goals and gathered inspiration.
Should you choose to move forward with our services, an initial design fee, which may vary based on the size and scope of the project, will be invoiced subsequent to a thorough site measurement.

Measure, Design, Refine & Receive
Following the completion of the site measurement, we will commence the design phase to optimize your space(s) for the best possible outcome.
Subsequently, you will receive a comprehensive package including working drawings, a corresponding quote, and details regarding further payment agreements, should you decide to proceed.
We understand that as your project progresses, there may be thoughts and considerations for adjustments or changes. Your satisfaction with the final outcome is of utmost importance to us, and we are more than willing to accommodate any necessary revisions to ensure the end result aligns seamlessly with your vision.
However, while we are committed to making sure you are delighted with the final product, any significant alterations or changes beyond the initially agreed-upon scope may incur another design fee which will be explained in the initial consultation.

Finalized, Produce & Install
Upon your review of the provided working drawings and accompanying quote, we look forward to finalizing the details to ensure they align precisely with your expectations. Should you require any adjustments or have additional considerations, please feel free to communicate them with us at your earliest convenience.
Once the quote is finalized to your satisfaction and you provide approval, we will initiate the production phase, leveraging our expertise and attention to detail to bring your vision to life. Throughout this process, we will keep you informed about the progress and timelines to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Upon completion of the production phase, our skilled team will coordinate the installation, ensuring a seamless integration of the designed elements into your space(s). We remain dedicated to delivering a result that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
