Face to face consultation to share your desires and budget
REVIEW & ACCEPT
Check the proposal covers everything you are expecting
FIRST PAYMENT DUE
Before we can start work, the initial deposit needs to be paid
QUESTIONNAIRE
We will issue a questionnaire to you to ask lots of questions to get to know you, your lifestyle and design style
GET IN TOUCH
Have a discovery call with us & see if we’re for you
PROJECT PROPOSAL
We will put together a proposal to cover fees and scope of work
CONTRACT SIGNED
Sign the contract and service agreement
SITE MEASURE
We'll take a visit to the site to undertake measurements and site photographs
DESIGN WORK
After you have completed the questionnaire, we will have all the information required to start designing
During the design process:
The below timeline demonstrates the steps involved from concept design through to completion
CONCEPT DESIGN
Designs developed along with moodboards and initial selections
CONCEPT BUDGET
Based on feedback from concept meeting, a concept price will be put together to make sure the design on track to meet your budget
DESIGN REVISION
If required, one revision of the design will be done to make sure the design is right
DETAIL DRAWINGS
Once all finishes, fixtures, furniture and the overall design is signed off, detailed construction drawings will be created
PROCUREMENT/
TENDER
If required, we will guide you through the process of finding a contractor to complete the works
CONCEPT MEETING
First presentation of the floor plans, moodboards and furniture selections
INTERM PAYMENT
Before continuing, the middle interim payment will be due
FF&E SCHEDULE
Materials and furniture presented and agreed from the concept meeting will be specified
FINAL PAYMENTS
Before issue of the final drawings and schedules, your final payment will need to be made
ON-SITE
We will visit site regularly during installation to ensure the design is being installed correctly
